Gathering information and carrying out structured analysis of the situation within an organisation prior to and during the process of change  is something that helps define the "Organisational Development approach".  We design and administer custom surveys to assist in the processes of Organisational and Individual Development.  We are also accredited to use several well known 3rd party survey instruments and we are able to  create web versions of your own in-house surveys and administer them for you.  

We host surveys, manage the data collection, provide data analysis and reporting, help you to understand the meaning of the data in your specific context, and we  are able to deliver the feedback to directly to stakeholders.  Although we are well equipped to provide and end-to-end solutions we can also unbundle this process and we are generally able assist with the delivery of any one part of the process as needed.  

We assist  managers, business owners, directors, and also  in-house consultants as well as  external 3rd party consultants.

Leadership 360º Feedback: These are used to collect feedback that will be used for Leadership development.  Feedback is typically collected from direct reports, peers, the person's manager, and can included any other key stakeholders as well.  
Change Readiness / Change Progress: Our Change Readiness Surveys are used to collect data that will determine the degree in which employees have understood, embraced and truly taken on-board strategic change initiatives.  With these surveys we are also able to determine exactly where the organisations members are in the change cycle at any given point in time and how to best shape the change management approach.  
Organisational Culture / Climate: These surveys are used to profile an organisation's current culture allowing accurate analysis of its suitability in relation to an organisations strategic vision, as well as allowing prudent interventions should change be required. 
Team Interaction / Effectiveness: Team member interaction surveys are used to determine the patterns of interaction that prevail within a team while it attempts to perform its main purpose and role within an organisation.  This profile is used then to assist in the process of team development. 
Personal Development: We are able to provide a range of feedback surveys to assist individuals in most  aspects of personal development.  We use well grounded approaches and are happy to with organisational psychologists, coaches, and others.
