Performance Link NZ provides consulting assistance at three distinct organisational levels - Enterprise/Organisation - Group/Team - Individual*.  The aim in all cases is to increase organisational effectiveness. 

The nature and scale of the consulting assistance we offer changes as we work down through the three organisational levels.  We draw upon professional experience in the fields of organisational behaviour, organisational development, strategic human resource management, learning and development, and data analytics.  

*We specifically assist individuals as part of an organisation, team or leadership effectiveness context, however we are happy to make referrals for those wanting their own personal development coaching.
