Learning is a key component in development and change
processes and Performance Link NZ is able to assist organisational
development consultants, learning and
development consultants, trainers, and others who need to deliver learning outcomes
through on-line delivery channels. We also assist in the
design and delivery of interactive group learning workshops.
Here's how we can help with on-line learning solutions:
| Development
of on-line exercises and learning materials: |
We create
interactive exercises, activities,
assessments and courses for on-line
delivery as well for facilitator led
learning events. We also convert
existing material to web based material,
or we can create it from the ground up.
Our on-line interactive materials are
SCORM compatible. |
 |
| On-Line
delivery: |
If you need to deliver and manage
learning over the internet but do not have
your own on-line Learning Management
System (LMS) we can help you get
your courses on-line through our own LMS
portal. |
 |
| Online
Learning
Management: |
We can setup and administer your on-line learning
programme if you do not have
the resource or desire to do this
yourself. Our course and a learner
management experience covers DOKEOS,
MOODLE, and BLACKBOARD platforms. (Please note that we don't sell Learning
Management System software). |
 |
| On-line
collaborative learning events: |
We facilitate collaborative on-line
learning using
Action Research and Action Learning
methods. We have combined our organisational
development background with internet technology and can
carryout every aspect of a group learning session or
'workshop' in a virtual environment using the same approaches
that we would as group facilitators in face-to-face
situations. If you need to establish the views held across a wide group of participants or members, share knowledge, solve
problems, or bring about an aligned view this approach is perfect, especially if your group is geographically separated. |
|
| Group
learning workshops |
We also facilitate conventional group
learning workshops, especially using Action Research and Action Learning
methods. |
