History of Performance Link. The Performance Link brand
started in September 1994 with the opening of Performance Link - Performance and Development Consultancy.
Shortly after this the Performance Link NZ web site went live and this was the start of an on going commitment to the development and provision of on-line tools and solutions for those working in the fields of Learning and Development, Organisational Development, and Strategic Human Resource Management.
Performance Link NZ is based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Initially all of the work came from the local market. Now
the on-line component of the business brings enquiries and
business from a broad range of developed markets looking for
sophisticated but practical solutions.
Key milestones in
the expansion of Performance Link into the global market:
In 1998 Performance Link assisted its first Australian client. In 2000
Performance Link started providing the
Seligman Attributional Style Questionnare (SASQ) on-line to the Spanish
speaking world, in collaboration with the Foresight Institute. In early 2007 we successfully completed
our first e-Learning solution deployment into
the German
market. Performance Link NZ is small,
specialised and is based on a high efficiency and
collaborative model.
